Originally conceived as a one-night shopping event designed to help boost retail sales in New York during the darkest days of the most recent recession, Fashion's Night Out has since emerged as a global celebration for the fashion industry.

From cocktails and cupcakes to music to trunk shows to designer appearances, Georgetown's Fashion's Night Out delivered an exciting dose of retail therapy to D.C.'s budding style scene.
