NORTHWEST -- Apparently, Tuesday night was an evening of rooftop gatherings, and M Street’s OZIO Restaurant & Lounge took advantage of the spring lull between showers to host a special VIP party celebrating the grand opening of its outdoor party space.
  Between bites of complimentary hors d’oeuvres and sips of strong vodka cocktails, guests explored the expansive rooftop deck, which boasts two well-stocked bars and a DJ concert stage.  Serving triple-duty as a restaurant, lounge, and cigar bar, OZIO is one of the few places in the city to which Washingtonians can escape in order to enjoy the occasional smoke (although smoke-free dining options are also always available) between drinks.
