GEORGETOWN -- A bevy of the city’s most beautiful were joined by a handful of D.C. notables on Monday evening, as Italian hair stylist
Luigi Parasmo celebrated the opening of his first namesake salon.

Occupying a prime location at the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and P Street in Georgetown, the appropriately monikered
Luigi Parasmo Salon boasts a self-described “beauty paradise” of approximately 1,700-squarefeet, including 14 stations and a chic modern décor.

And dozens of friends and family poured into the new location’s red-accented halls last night, for the chance to congratulate the Rome native who has cut his styling chops at everywhere from the Battaglia Hair and Make Up agency in Milan to the bustling catwalks of New York Fashion Week (he has styled everyone from
Tory Burch to the runway models of Valentino, Armani, and Versace).

Spotted sipping chilled Belvedere Lemon Tea cocktails and nibbling on gourmet hors d’oeuvres courtesy of Neyla was ABC 7 anchor
Alison Starling, her NBC News correspondent fiancée
Peter Alexander, and prominent Washington plastic surgeon
Dr. Ayman Hakki, among others.

Clearly, there’s no “beast” in this beauty tale…
