NORTHWEST -- Late afternoon D.C. productivity will most surely take a hit this summer, as workers make early exits from their employers to take advantage of
The Hamilton’s latest happy hour promotion.
From now through the end of summer, Clyde’s Restaurant Group’s newest (and largest) establishment will be offering half-price sushi from 3:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. every day throughout the restaurant’s three dining rooms, three bars, and the sushi bar too, of course.
All sushi small plates, nigiri, sashimi, and sushi platters will qualify for the 50% discount, although carry-out orders are excluded. That means that hungry guests can now enjoy
Executive Sushi Chef Jason Zheng’s exceedingly popular menu at a bargain basement price, with two pieces of nigiri or sashimi ranging from $2.50-$6.50 and special rolls priced between $3.25-$7.00 during happy hour.
Indeed, The Hamilton has something for any kind of sushi lover, from classic
California,
Philadelphia, and
Volcano rolls to signature rolls like the
Fire Cracker (spicy jumbo lump crab, tempura shrimp, and tempura flakes) and the
Pineapple Express (seared salmon, spicy salmon, pineapple, coconut, and habanero tobiko).
It’s not all bad news for the city’s employers though. The Hamilton’s half-price sushi happy hour also applies during weekends, for those all-too-common 7-day workweeks!
